Return & Refund Policy – Bedding Sets & Comforters

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or used:

  • Used or washed bedding sets or comforters
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or wrong product, they must:

  • Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging as proof.

After verification, the customer will be offered a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support at poonam@gmail.com with the order details.
  2. Mention the order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. If approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
  4. The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items. If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item, the return shipping cost will be covered.
  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be returned according to the return policy.
