Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products.

  • Products with stains, perfume, fragrance, or signs of usage.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A wrong product

  • An incomplete order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Unboxing video (recommended)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account after verification.

  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged only if:

  • The item received is damaged.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping will be borne by Poonam Gupta’s Ratnakarpasam LLP.
